VERTICAL PRODUCTION SYSTEM What is vertical production method?

From production to distribution, G&G directly proceeds and efficiently operates all stages to provide high-quality products at reasonable prices. G&G's production system is a smart factory that reduces costs by omitting import and export costs and logistics costs between processes. Through the vertical production method, the development and production delivery schedule is shortened from 4 weeks to 5 days.



G&G's production system improves the production capacity of small quantity batch production.With the direct production system of various fabrics, it is possible to develop and expand all fashion items that have been expanded.

  • Whole Garment

    It is a technique that is formed in one step on a knitting machine without seams. Because there is no seam allowance, there is no production loss and production efficiency is high. Therefore, it can be said to be an essential knitting method for products that use high-quality yarns such as cashmere. 3D knitting without seams makes the body silhouette more elegant and concise.

    This is a high-quality clothing production technique that minimizes seams. Seamless products are a knitting technique used in general clothing products because they are comfortable to wear and have excellent shaping.

GARMENT DYEING Technology for dyeing after manufacturing knitted fabrics: Piece dyeing method

The present invention can impart flexibility, smoothness, and soft touch to the fabric without going through the tenter process, and has the effect of increasing the deodorizing function, moisture absorption and quick-drying function, and the UV blocking index. To this end, in particular, an embodiment of the present invention includes a knitted fabric manufacturing step (S10) of integrally manufacturing a high-density knitted fabric using a circular knitting machine, a softener treatment step (S20) of performing a softener treatment on the manufactured knitted fabric, and a method of manufacturing a knitted fabric equipped with a softener treatment process including a dyeing step (S30) of softener treated knitted fabric.
